10. Product Sale and Return Policy
11. Customer Complain control

Total 150 documents including 35 SOPs and 135 quality management documents
Employees Status
There are 110 employees working in the company. Among them, more than 40% are university graduates.
A fully feasible training system is established in the company and special training is carried out for employees who are working in designated working positions.
Regular health control is undertaken. Employees with direct contact with product must be healthy without infectious disease. |
