HuaiAn MDC Chemistry Co., Ltd. is a GMP factory producing chondroitin sulfate(Sodium and Calcium Salt). The only one producer with GMP facility in China who can produce high purity chondroitin sulfate for pharmaceutical industry.
There are two share holders in the company:
1. Chongqing Imperial: One of the largest producer of crude heparin sodium who are approved supplier to pfizer since 1997
2. HuaiAn Wellcome: One of the largest producer of crude heparin sodium who are approved supplier to Sanofi-Aventis since 1999
HuaiAn MDC started production of chondroitin sulfate in 2000. The company was re-located in HuaiAn Economic Development Zone in 2002 with 77 hectare area. Company registered capital is 13 Millions RMB. Now there are 110 employees working in the company.
The company mainly produce shark, bovine and porcine chondroitin sulfate as per EP/USP current monograph. We produce chondroitin sulfate for nutritional industry (85% and 90%) as well as for pharmaceutical industry (95% and 98%-102%).
